A simple solution for difficult-to-treat areas

Goodbye turkey neck!

We offer a thread lifting treatment to rebuild, lift, tighten and rejuvenate areas that are otherwise difficult to treat using injections. This includes the jawline (saggy jowls), the neck (so-called turkey neck) or the décolletage (which is often damaged by exposure to UV rays). We achieve natural, long-lasting and immediately visible results for our patients, allowing them to stop worrying about their perceived flaws, the associated impact they might have on their self-esteem and mood, and free up their choice of clothing.

How does the thread lifting procedure work?

The aim of thread lifting is to instantly firm skin that has become saggy and loose due to a combination of aging, gravity, and genetic predisposition, as well as to stimulate the production of new collagen. An immediately visible result can be achieved, as well as a long-term rejuvenating effect, which remains even years later once the threads have been absorbed by the body.

What happens during a thread lift?

First, the treatment area is mapped out on the skin. Here, so-called direction vectors are drawn in, to aid the lifting process. After that, the area to be treated is anesthetized with an anesthetic cream and thoroughly disinfected. To achieve the desired effect, the threads are then inserted into the skin—pain-free and under sterile conditions. The number of threads to be used depends on the surface area that is being treated. The lifting effect will be immediately visible and there are no telltale marks that might prevent you from going out or socializing. The results are effective for up to two years and can easily be repeated as and when required.

What are the threads made of and is the treatment safe?

We only use threads that can be broken down by the body and are biocompatible, ruling out any allergic reactions from patients. The threads themselves consist of polydioxanone (PDO), which has been used for soluble suturing in surgery for internal injuries for decades.

After treatment, minor redness and swelling may occur, but will disappear again after two days.
